I began my career on the grand opera stages of Europe. But what I discovered was bigger than music: the techniques that captivate an audience in the theatre also transform how leaders show up in the boardroom.

Today, I bring together a rare blend of performance artistry, business science, and human behaviour expertise to help leaders unlock their presence, voice, and influence when it matters most.

That realisation shaped the course of my life. I traded arias for executive conversations and discovered that whether you are singing Verdi or leading a team through crisis, the challenges are remarkably similar: How do you capture attention? How do you build trust? How do you command presence under pressure?

Blending performance artistry with behavioural science, I found my purpose: helping leaders everywhere be heard, build trust, and inspire. Along the way, I pursued a PhD in Business focused on leadership communication, earned degrees in Organisational Psychology and Music, and was awarded for innovation in research.

Over the years, this work has taken me across the world — from Adobe in the United States to Gartner in Europe, from elite leadership forums in India to high-stakes conferences in the Pacific. Recognition followed: being named one of the Top 30 Global Gurus in both Body Language and Communication, being awarded internationally for advancing women in business, and being acknowledged as one of Australia’s Keynote Speakers of Excellence.

But titles and accolades only tell part of the story. What truly matters is the change I see in leaders when they find their voice, when they walk into a room with presence, when they discover the gravitas that inspires trust.
