How do we measure ROI for Gravitas?
There is no greater joy than working with a client who rings with elation after an incredible personal experience following our coaching. Such was the case with Aline this week, who did a major presentation with her sales team and received incredible feedback. The question is whether this is just feel-good or does it have other benefits.

Notions, a consultancy in England, claims their work on Leadership Development focusing on Gravitas resulted in an ROI of 99 times the value over 6 months and the Centre for Talent and Innovation found that executive presence that included Gravitas accounts for 26% of what it takes to get promoted, while Boris Goysenberg of HBR tells us executive search firms value presentation skills deconstructed executive presence as critical.
